John Colquitt and I Talk about Public Schools Failing ,Schools don’t fail The administration fail them, Prove Me wrong.

Here is a question I can't seem to get and answer to, maybe some of you can get me and answer to it. "Failing School" first there is no such thing as a failing school. People in the school fail, not the building. In the ARMY if a bde. Bn. or Company Cmdr. fails, We don't make all the Sergeants and Pvts move to another company and so forth. We get rid of the Commander and sometimes the CSM and or 1st Sgts. and some Sr. Noncoms. Why do the Parents have to bear the burden and the financial hardship of getting them another school. If McDonalds or Walmart was doing bad they would replace the leadership. Please tell Me if Lee, LAMP or any other School fails why don't we fire not move them ( the whole school administration at that School ) It is an assault on my and every other Parent Intelligence to try to make Us think that a school fails Minus the People running it. So now since the designation is there. Now it is going to cost Me extra money and time to get My Son to a better School, When all Schools should be "Better" in other words it is "Bravo Sierra" when The School Leadership fails and it cost (Us) the Parents and not the People in Charge. Somebody act like I am really dumb and explain this to Me!
